Let's do this!

There is a $25 fee to register, which covers the cost of setting up the event, race schwag, and USAT-provided insurance for each participant. Not a bad deal! Registration is fast, easy and secure. We use Eventbrite.com to sign people up and process the nominal race fee. USAT Sanctioned event.

• High quality Race Tee: Made with soft, moisture-wicking polyester stretch fabric. Features sweet Cook's Tri branded graphics. Ideal for training or race day.
• Cookie's Triathlon Lanyard
• More schwag.
• Water and gatorade during the race.
• Insurance coverage by USAT.
• Cookout with swimming, volleyball, fireworks, etc. after the race!

Note: Required race gear like a bicycle or helmet, etc. will not be provided. Participants who do not have the required may not participate according to USAT rules.
